What counts as an "active job" on the free plan?

An active job is any job that hasn't been marked as paid and closed. Once a job is paid, that slot frees up. So if you have 3 active jobs and one gets paid, you can immediately create a new one. The 5 invoice/month limit resets on the 1st of each calendar month.

Is there a free trial on paid plans?

The free plan is genuinely free forever — it's not a trial. You can use it as long as you like. When you hit the limits and want to upgrade, you can do so at any time. No card required to get started.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. No contracts, no minimum term. Cancel from your account settings and you won't be charged again. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period, then drop back to the free tier — your data stays intact.

What does "custom invoice branding" mean?

On Starter, you can upload your business logo and it appears on every PDF quote and invoice. Pro will include the same branding controls when it launches. Free plans include your business name but not a logo.

How does the Xero / QuickBooks integration work?

Xero / QuickBooks integration is planned for Pro. It is not live yet — we will notify you when it launches.

Does my client need to install anything?

Accepted Answer

No. Your client receives a link to a clean web page — no app, no login, no account. They tap Accept on a quote or view an invoice from any browser. That's it.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your job history, quotes and invoices remain in your account. If you're on a paid plan and cancel, you drop to the free tier — you can still log in and download any of your documents. We don't delete your data.
